Loving this product. Can see water level from outside, lighting color is beautiful and not to bright. It can be a tad loud at night (mines near my bed ) but you get used to it, keep it full and it stays a little quieter.

So I love this water fountain. I have 2 cats that were a little iffy at first but they came around. It is a bit difficult to clean due to the areas on the bottom that hold the pump and light but I manage with a toothbrush and hot soapy water. Noise level is a little high but it is in the kitchen so I don’t hear it in my room so that’s ok. One major flaw is that I got this in September 2021 and the pump just quit. Light is on but no water is flowing. I clean the fountain weekly and take the pump apart as directed so there is no clog. There is just no water flowing. So now I have a box of water for the cats until I can get a replacement, which unfortunately will not be this same fountain. I would love to know how to contact the seller to see if the pp cam be replaced.

My cat loves drinking from this fountain. The front has a window that shows the water level which is very helpful. The motor has lost strength though and no longer flows off of the flower attachment. It just trickles down the stem now. I got about 4-5 good months out of it.

This water dispenser is perfect. It came in a nice box, with actual instructions that made sense. It is sad I have to mention this, but I have purchased a lot of stuff on that you can tell wouldn’t make it to a store shelf. And lot of items are lacking proper instructions, so good instructions are a bonus. My cat adores this fountain, and drinks a lot more water now. He use to stick food bits in his old water constantly, and now he does not. If you love your little fur baby, I highly recommend this!

Update: I sent the seller a message regarding the missing items and defective pump. A few hours later they replied (!) and offered to ship a replacement unit. It arrived three days later and is working fine. I appreciate their timely response and excellent customer service! I’m still leery of the pump, but I’ll keep my eye on it. Raising my rating from 1 to 4 stars.
Original review: It looks nice, but unfortunately the pump does not work (light stays red even though the tank is filled). Also, the snap-in ¡°flower¡± tube, as well as the USB adapter shown in the picture were not in the box. Maybe I was shipped a previously-returned unit? Unfortunate.

Easy to clean- takes literally less than 10 minutes, it¡¯s quiet if you keep it filled it all the way and don¡¯t use the flower. So if you fill it with water, you¡¯ll hear it after 2 days, then you just refill it. Also the filters are high quality and cheap on ! You won¡¯t find a better deal.

I have been buying car fountains for manybyears, NPet, cat it, etc. And I would highly recommend this brand and fountain. So easy to put together and clean. Simplistic build but so effective. I love the indicator light inside as it helps me know when I need to put in more water and gives a nice nighttime glow. The filters are very affordable. Only thing I am curious about it how long the pump will last before I need a replacement.

This is a solid water fountain perfect for a single cat, unless that cat likes knocking things over. It took mine about thirty minutes before he figured out how to pop the top off and flip it off. I’ve had to tape it down to keep him from dislodging it. The flower is a little noisy. If your cat pokes and prods, you’ll need a different model that latches or locks.

Love it. Got it today and it looks exactly like the picture. I got the “white” one which is actually white and teal like the picture. So easy to set up. So easy to start. My cat loves it. She drank water from it for like 3 minutes straight after getting it set up. Which isn’t like her at all. 10/10 would recommend. If anything changes I’ll come back with an update!

I have 3 cats and previously I was using a regular large bowl for water but this has been a life saver! I replace the filter once a week and I clean it thoroughly. My biggest thing was if you don¡¯t clean it well, there will be orange build up so every time you need to add water or change the filter, I suggest scrubbing every piece down with dawn. My cats drink a lot more water than I saw when I had a regular bowl, the noise attracts them and it is soothing (not annoying to me at all). Purchase this! You won¡¯t regret it!

My cat was throwing up using the tap water. She has digestive problems from having an abortion w I took her to animal control for her spay apt. Had I known she was pregnant I would have pulled her out of surgery. We have two girls (cats) who use this fountain at first they were timid with the flower but we took the flower out and now they love it. It¡¯s not super loud but you can obviously hear the water especially when it gets low. The filter works pretty decent, it collects their cat hair so they aren¡¯t drinking dirty water. We replace our filter every two-three weeks. My only complaint with this fountain is it is pretty hard to clean. There¡¯s a little box in the middle of the inside of the fountain that makes it hard for you to get in there and do a really deep deep clean especially since the way the wiring it there¡¯s a wire in there too you have to try and make your way around. If you can get over that it¡¯s a very nice quality pet fountain.
