This projector works great and the screen that came with fits the bill as well. The sound is much higher quality than I expected and the image is clear (actually really great for cartoons/Pixar). My only issue is the fan noise (it¡¯s pretty loud), but after a few minutes I stop noticing it. Remote works, hooked up my firestick to it and that works, I¡¯d recommend this for sure.

It was nice that it came with a screen, however, I would probably only use that for backyard movies because it¡¯s basically a white cloth with grommets¡I plan on primarily using this projector for professional presentations, so I will have to order a separate screen (which isn¡¯t a deal breaker at all – just wanted to note that!)
I got the sound to work through the projector, but it wasn¡¯t very loud when I first tried, even when turning it up both on the computer and projector. Not sure if I just need to fiddle with it more or not ¡â?

1 La lente frontal, no es de buena calidad. la mia vino con imperfecciones lo cual afecta en algunos lados la proyecci¨®n.
2 La MAS IMPORTAnTE, El equipo no tiene regulaci¨®n de zoom in out de pantalla. Osea NO se puede regular el tama?o de la pantalla proyectada, ni con lente ni de manera digital. Esto es algo muy malo, ya que la pantalla sera del tama?o que le de la distancia del proyector, y eso hace que tome dimensiones no deseadas en el lugar donde lo queramos colocar haciendo que quede horrible la proyecci¨®n sobre objetos que est¨¢n al rededor. O sea para que quede claro, si uno lo quiere poner en una pieza, de 4 mts por ejemplo, la pantalla proyectara una imagen de 3mts de ancho que no se puede regular, pisando muebles o ventanas, etc. Esto me parece un punto muy,muy flojo que se podr¨ªa haber solucionado f¨¢cil, con una lente.

This is a perfectly sized projector for taking to gatherings and works great indoors and outdoors. It has a tripod mount which is very handy. We use it to watch anything we can get with a Roku stick. It has an HDMI input and also a USB port which can be used to power the Roku stick, so we can use this literally anywhere with internet access to watch just about anything we want to. It’s great.

Great little projector for the price. I like that it is very simple to plug in a fire stick and that there is built in speakers. Speaker does not seem super load and still need to figure out how to connect a speaker. So far the only con I can see is that there is no Bluetooth connection for a speaker, but given the price I can deal with it.

We’ve used the projector a few times now and it performs great! The picture quality is fantastic and it was super easy to plug and play with an Fire stick. The screen was also really easy to pop on the wall. I am looking forward to getting a tripod because balancing the unit on a chair or other object can be a bit tricky to keep steady and safe.
Having little experience with projectors in the past I can’t exactly say how the brightness and sound compare to others, but they seem completely adequate. We have used it in the garage so far and are able to keep one of the three doors open and still see it pretty well. I would like to try hooking up some external speakers to improve the volume a bit, but it works fine as is. I am interested to see how well you can hear it outside though.

The screen that comes with it is a bit small (I ordered a larger one), but it sure is nice to have. It does need to be pretty dark to get a good picture, but I think that’s normal. We purchased this projector so we could watch movies outside while in our pool! This little projector works great and is so light you can mount it to a camera tripod! We use a portable JBL speaker and just use a male to male connector, and instant sound bar!
The screen is super easy to use, and no wrinkles at all! Definitely a great buy, would highly recommend!

So this projector and screen is what I would consider to be a level above “starter”. For the price it’s worth every single penny. I say the screen worked best at around 80″. The color was great! I hooked it up in less than a minute. Worked great with a Roku and with the Nintendo switch. My kids love this!!

Connections:
Had an older projector, nice to update it with something that has HDMI built in. I took a picture of the various ports you can use. It has VGA (for computer), USB, HDMI, TF, AV. Comes with both AV (yellow, red,white) and HDMI cables as shown in the picture. I used a Roku with the HDMI cable and it worked perfectly.

It was pretty good. Not perfectly clear but did a really good job. Make sure to test it out a day before if you are having a party. We tested it out a two days before our get together to work out the kinks of getting it setup just right.
Sound and remote control:
It is nice that it has a built in speaker. Not very loud so we had to plug in a speaker using the headphone port and an audio cable. It was nice that we could control the sound with or without the external speaker using the remote control sitting behind the projector since the IR port is in the back of the projector.

Updated 11/26/21: Updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars which I should have updated a while ago in all fairness, but didn¡¯t get to it until today. (Keep reading). Something excellent and unexpected happened. At the price point of this projector (which is a great value), I didn¡¯t want to deal with warranties, so we threw out the unit after something went wrong with it (which might have even been caused by us as noted in my original review). I left my original review below for fairness and reference. We did have one great neighborhood movie night with the projector so we did get some value out of it, so I had left it 3 stars because it worked well for a while. I wanted to leave a fair review (unlike others who unreasonably leave 1 star).
Then out of the blue, customer service from this company reaches out to me telling me they read my review, empathizing and apologizing for my inconvenience and poor experience. Then they did the unexpected, offering to send me a brand new unit (of their latest model which includes Wi-Fi) as a replacement for the original unit. Just two days later the new unit arrives. Again I have never experienced great customer service from a company selling A/V technology in this price point; what a pleasant surprise. This is a company that stands behind their product and went above and beyond what I expected, actually reaching out directly to the customer to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Again this is truly 5 star customer service from a company who stand behind a quality product.

Worked ok, but very fragile. Used it for movie night one night with a Roku stick connected to the HDMI pores and it worked as intended. The second time we used it we couldn¡¯t get the auxiliary audio output to work with the amplifier, even after messing with it for 30 minutes. Just then our 4 year old walked by and pulled on the audio cable and I noticed the audio Jack inside the unit was broken. It could have been broken or compromised before hand, but because my 4 year old pulled on the cable and I noticed it broken in the unit, I couldn¡¯t in good faith return it because I couldn¡¯t be sure we didn¡¯t cause the issue. Bottom line is it worked for one movie, but throwing it in the trash after just one week. Ordering another one from another vendor with Bluetooth output so we don¡¯t have to physically connect an audio able to it. It¡¯s an ok unit, just treat it delicately.

Upon receiving this projector, I set it up in my backyard, which took about 5 minutes. I attached the provided screen to the wall of my shed. The picture quality is great, and the audio output provided by the projector itself is pretty good as well. My initial plan was only to test the projector outside to see how it worked, but I was so impressed that I ended up watching the rest of John Wick 3 outside.

We got this and watched some movies in the backyard. It’s easy and very compact. We switched to a screen that is front projection only which that helped with the lack of brightness somewhat. The picture seems quite good and watching a movie on it is much more cinematic and fun than watching on your standard flatscreen TV.
I really only have to complaints:
1. Its not terribly bright. We really had to wait until 20 minutes after sunset to start and any dark scenes in the beginning of the movie are really hard to see. Once its fully dark its pretty good, dark scenes are still a little hard to see but not bad. The edges of the screen are maybe a little dimmer. Focus is good, all the edges are pretty in focus, much better than some other ones I’ve seen in reviews on youtube.
2. The focus and keystone are really cheap feeling compared to the more expensive used projector I got to replace this. They are hard to really fine tune because they don’t turn smoothly and easily. This is the biggest place where the low cost shows itself. It just doesn’t feel quality in this area. Its capable of getting a nice in focus picture but its a little frustrating to fiddle with.
Overall its a really fun way to watch movies for not much money. you just have to start them late and struggle with the focus rings a bit.
