I was disappointed at first that delivery was delayed, but once the machine arrived I was extremely pleased with the results! This replaced a Jura machine and makes much better coffee of all kinds! The milk frothing system is the best I have ever seen! The price, while not cheap, is a fraction of prices charged for similar automatic coffee units! And this performs BETTER!
