Easy to put together, compact and perfect shape to put in a corner for the cat. Cats love the various fountains that filter freshwater on a constant basis. It easy to refill with an indicator light when it is getting low. The only thing I would change is the size of the outlet plug . It is a large square plug that takes up a lot of space on the outlet and my end table sticks out a bit. Soft blue light color and aqua color on unit very soothing to the eye. Cute silicone aqua mat a nice added accessory.

I was a bit hesitant on purchasing this because I was REALLY worried about whether or not my cat Sam would drink from it, as he’s a very majestic, chonky, particular and picky (but very handsome) man. I decided to buy anyways and take the risk since it had multiple different spout options, and lemme tell you- I’m so glad I did. I don’t even think I’ve ever seen him drink water before, maybe once or twice, but it was a huge concern of mine. And we had his water far away from his food, too- I think that he just didn’t like it. Like I said, picky guy we’re talkin’ about here. However, he adores this thing. I have the flower spout on, the one I wasn’t certain about, and I’ve seen him LITERALLY drink from the water fountaining down from the flower. Yes, it was adorable, and yes I almost cried.
Anyways, in terms of noise, the flower spout makes the most noise. However, it’s honestly alright. It’s a nice background, ambient (very quiet tho) waterfall type noise while you’re sleeping, and if you’re someone who doesn’t like background noise for your zoom calls, it’s not loud enough to be picked up by a mic unless you’re right next to it. To be honest, it’s 100% a fair tradeoff to see Sam drinking so much water, especially since cats can get major issues with their health for not drinking and they’re super picky about where they drink from.
Basically, 10/10, I don’t even usually leave reviews, but I am so satisfied and happy with this purchase. It’s probably the best life decision I’ve ever made.

I really like this product! It was easy to assemble and really cute. There¡¯s no loud buzzing or anything, i find the sound of the water falling rather peaceful. My cat was scared at first but he quickly got used to it and loves drinking water from it. Very cute as well. i give it a 9/10.

The product is really nice and I like how it works overall. The only fault I have with this item is not the product itself per say. My dog ripped off the top and ended up chewing the hole/tube that connects to the pump, got it to work but it doesnt have the flow it use to anymore. some locking mechanisms such as a twist to lock into place of latch would have had a huge benefit for us. but the product (if you don’t have a destructive demon dog) is overall pretty nice.

This pet water fountain is absolutely great. My 5 cats love drinking out of it. I’ve got two of them running and the last one that finally quit working was several years old and had been running continuously. I dump out the water and replace it a couple times per week and once per week take it apart and scrub it with a solution of water and apple cider vinegar and run fresh, clean water through the filter to clean it out. I have extra filters and completely replace the round charcoal filter after about 4 to 6 weeks. A well made product and very much like the design.

My three cats want nothing to do with this gadget. We even put favorite treats down on the mat and all they do is just cautiously paw it off the mat and far enough away to ‘safely’ eat their treat…lol…SO funny! I haven’t given up though as this is only day-2!
Nicely made and does have ‘a water feature sound’…nice if you spend your life in the kitchen as one of their people!

I love these fountains for my Persians. They have long hair even with cleaning the motor and filter regularly they last about 6 months. There used my multiple long hair cats daily great deal for $20 to keep their necks dry.

as soon as it arrived (on 7/8/21) I hooked it up for my cats…they immediately went to it and started drinking the water,they keep going to it and drinking…now I’ll have to scoop out the litter box more frequently LOL …I made some ice disks with a small bowl & I inserted one into the box part of it so now they have nice clear clean cool water to drink during the hot summer days…this product is AMAZING!!!!

One of the best purchases for my cats ever! They love to drink out of the shower and sinks, the water bowl on the floor constantly gets food or dirt from their feet (yes my cats dip their feet in the water bowl lol) They were afraid of other fountains we have tried in the past but this one they love. We don’t use the flower spout and they just use it like a bubbler. So far I have had to take it apart once for cleaning and a filter change.

I originally wanted to return this product due to pricing and arrival dates being weird, but I lost the return slip and ended up just using it. No, they just act like it’s the end of the world. But set up was a breeze. My other cat hasn’t taken to it yet, but that’s just her personality. I figured I would have them playing in it. But, nope, just drinking it. But maybe this will clear up the bathroom space in the morning while I am trying to get ready. This is definitely worth the price. Obviously I am just on day 1….and 10 minutes in. So…..if something goes wrong. I shall update my post 🙂

Well unfortunately, it didn’t last! I noticed it had been leaking water or something lately. So, I decided too take it all apart, and clean it and reassemble the whole thing. Well, unfortunately it still leaks, so I am having to return it and look for another one. I am bummed. I HATE returning things!

My little guy love his water fountain. I would suggest during the heat to keep a back up dish of water incase you lose power. He isn¡¯t fond of water from a dish but, with recent temperatures of 111 degrees it¡¯s better to be safe than sorry.

This pet water fountain is really nice from what I can see so far. It was super easy to assemble. Instructions were clear and easy to read. Once assembled, I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the fountain motor was. I couldn’t hear a thing, no buzzing, nothing. The top space is pretty open as well for pets to access the water. I loved that it comes with two types of toppers so you can choose what works best for your pet (the flower for a fountain waterfall effect or a shorter piece that allows the water to just bubble over). Overall, I think this fountain will last my pets for a good long while.
